EXPLAINED - Rune Casters

People who are sensative to the worlds freq are rune casters. All three peoples may be able to do this, but largly it is a lost art used by a few Artisans. As mentioned everything is on a spectrum, everything has a freq., as such actions either flow, halt or resist the "current" of frequencies. The halts and resistances to the flow are readable to people who know the order of things.

Like watching waves in a lake know when something makes it, and if its cose enough one can discern the location of it.

Casters may have insight on many things, but that doesnt mean they are "set in stone". Their readings are a snapshot of how the flow is moving and if they stay the same. Experienced casters may take note of patterns and incorperate them into a reading (Like if a repeated distubance happens; every Tuesday, on a moon cycle, x years).
